Everything in life is a gamble. The trick to getting rich is to take a lot of high expected value gambles and tilt the odds in your favor. For example if a coin has a 90% chance of going to 0 and a 10% chance of 50Xing, I'd take that gamble anytime.
Trading commodities like coins is all about risk management. Let's say I have 50K cash. If I have 5 coins and it's very likely that one will moon, I wouldn't mind putting 1K of my cash in each coin.
This logic can be applied anywhere too. Businesses with 70% chance of success but a chance to triple your investment? Take the chance...
The funny thing is that normies gamble all the time with horrible odds. For example, buying a house is a negative expected value proposition but normies do it all the time. They could almost certainly get richer by paying rent & throwing their money into stocks.
