I applied for a local In n Out only about a week ago, and wondering what my next step should be. I haven't heard from anyone and i'm not assuming they'd throw me out so soon but im just wondering should I go in to the store and talk to the manager about my application's status or should I wait? Thanks
If the manager is actually willing to talk to you, sure, but know that for a minimum/low-wage job most managers don't really care, and honestly your application will probably come down to luck-of-the draw. Best of luck with your job search tho.

I have sage advice as a millennial
All big fast-food and retail stores do 100% of their hiring online. Showing up and bugging them is, in fact, less likely to get your hired. Your best chance is to already be friends with someone who works there, so that the manager might actually fetch your application.
