I do it with none annual fee cards. It's not bad, but the pool is pretty limited and you'll run out of cards pretty quickly. However, you can get both 150$ bonuses from Chase Freedom and Chase Freedom Unlimited cards, even if you've already gotten one.

As for messing up your credit, if you have good credit and space it out, your credit shouldn't take much of a hit as you are utilizing multiple lines of credit and paying off all of them. It will dip but then go right back up after a little bit, so it's good if you're not planning on buying a house or something within the same year.
