Learn math and realize that continuous gambling loses you money unless you play a skill game like poker. Gamblers gamble to make money and in doing so nearly always lose money.

Invest your bitcoin into various altcoins and wait for them to go up. It's still basically gambling, ony you will actually make money that way and still enjoy the thrill of winning.

gambling is self harm. it's no different from people who cut themselves. you know you're going to lose and that is why you do it. you want to feel the pain and still wake up in the morning. imo gambling is one of the worst addictions because it will never kill you and you will never feel physical pain from it so you will keep doing it. basically op you're fucked. most gambling addicts never recover.

It's called a Ludic loop. It's the same as surfing YouPorn for ages, or playing candy crush or Tetris. You make these tiny gains, which are just enough to keep you interested\, no so much that you feel satisfied and walk away. Not so little that you feel like you're getting nowhere. Each tiny reward makes you want to play a bit longer.

There has to be some reason you're doing this? Why do you think it is? When do you get the urge - what are you usually doing before you start gambling? What do you like about it?
