Start a consultancy for something, for me it'd probably be marketing related, but you could do it any industry you understand intimately.

Minimal start up costs, especially if you intend to get clients via your personal network. Charge all expenses to client.

Of course, my philosophy is, if you have a good business plan and it takes a lot of money but is a rock solid plan and you have the right people, FIND THE FUCKING MONEY.

If it's a dead certainty, then people should be throwing money at you to make it happen and get a slice of the pie.

You can even offer to manage these wordpress sites for a monthly fee. The business IT services are recurring work, so that can also be subscription based. Lot maintenance is a given.. Also subscription/contract based. If done correctly, these can be like printing money.
