People gravitate naturally towards the board with the latest and greatest levels of media coverage.

/pol/ has undoubtedly done some pretty hot shit recently in the context of the 'culture war', if i can call it that, so therefore people find themselves falling towards there rather than anywhere else.

If, for example, /biz/ did some crazy shit that made stockmarkets crash and hit the headlines, there'd be an influx here instead.
