Differences between Golem and iEx.ec?

iEx.ec hasn't mooned yet

Dump GNT (jew coin) and buy RLC today!
Golem already has programmed the GUI, Iex.ec has nothing in their github.

There's a lot of threads about Golem but as you mentioned both I'll elaborate a bit more in this thread.
Golem will be facing a lot of competition. The first version, Brass, is scheduled for soon but it is only for rendering CGI work. They want to attract users to the platform with lower prices driven by a free market. The prices would have to be low enough so that people can be arsed to get GNT as it's required to make use of the network.
Iexec wants to primarily provide computing power to dapps (on Ethereum). Currently they are limited by the mining network as everyone has to verify the computation. With Iexec you would be able to request data and perform arbitrary amounts of computation off-chain. It's also worth noting that they already have existing infastructure to provide this computing power to dapps but later, starting from next year or so, they'd make it an open market like Golem.

So what you're saying is diversify and buy both.
This could be BIG, I'm considering switching from Golem to iEx.ec
