I need an mechanical engineering internship this summer, how do I get one?
I tried applying but that didn't work. Maybe I should just not worry about it and instead lie on my resume when I graduate next year.
Help me out
apply to everything that interests you, across the country. You'll get one and minimum of $14/hr full time, which will be enough for rent for a small bedroom basically anywhere in the country.
That's what I did, and will be interning at Black and Decker this summer. I am a sophomore at U of MD

I can't drive tho
On a similar note to OPs
There are 0 current internships listed for computer or electrical engineering near me and I can't move.
Should I apply to full time positions or would that be a waste of time? I'm graduating in december.

Just show up at some company and say your the intern. Fortune favors the bold.
Really what do you have to lose other than some time playing vidya
