Can we have a discussion on whether or not the current price increase of BTC is a repeat of 2013?
There are obviously valid reasons why BTC price has increased (eg, half reward), but to go from $300 to $1400 in a couple of months doesn't exactly seem justified.
What are your thoughts? Are we due for a correction in the coming months?
If so, what price do you think it will settle on?
For the TA autists on here

Now is probably a great time to sell.
Move it into ETH. You'll thank me later.
BTC has been waiting to come back to earth for a while now
Medley of problems that need to be fixed. It's running on popularity alone right now.

you gotta plot it on log scale

Yeah but its that popularity which fuels the problems as well as gets them solved, but the higher the value / more money in it then the more likely shit gets sorted out.
It's not like some shitcoin where a few of you faggots loses a couple grand and just cop it sweet without even making a phone call, there are fucking billionaires deep in this shit, those niggers get shit done.
I'm quite paranoid. Been around crypto since 2013 so I've experienced my coin worth crash and burn. The goal is to simply hold, hold, and HOLD. But also be wealthy enough to keep a reserve for emergencies in real life. This separates you from being poor.

this. btc has flaws fixed by alts.
i say 80% eth 20% btc is a good mix in terms of top 2

>it's running on popularity alone right now.
>right now.
thats the main problem with cryptocurrency. It's ONLY fueled by popularity. It's not tied to any government or nation, so as long as people continue buying drugs on the dark web and autists keep 'investing', it will continue to rise.
Wait until a major crackdown happens on the deepweb, or if Tor alone were shutdown. Coinbase, blockfolio, they would all follow once it's made into a scandal. Bitcoin alone would plummet and you all know it.
There is talking about 1400, 1800, 2500, 3500 but also of 900
I will just leave this here
