Let's get the ball rolling by talking about the Trump tax plan and how it's gonna affect things for you. Personally I'm thinking about making my company an S-corporation.

Why switching to S-corp? How many employees do you have?

I'm thinking of starting up a couple of website under an s corp so that I won't have to deal with self employment tax or sole propriety. Do you think that'd be a good idea, or would an LLC be better?

It won't work that way, retard. SE tax is the equivalent of Social Security tax for wagies; you're going to pay that either way.
>All these morons lining up for double-taxation when they don't have to and never did....
Just because Trump wants to make it lower double-taxation, its still a bad idea if you can avoid it with a pass-through.

Actually, if you only designate a piece of the profits as salary instead of all of the money you make, you can avoid paying nearly as much self employment tax.
