How easy is it to turn crypto back into normal currency? The reason I ask is that it's the only issue really preventing me from going all in with crypto. Everywhere I look has some sort of catch or a ridiculously low amount your allowed to cash out on each day.

It just seems fishy to me, what good is a billion dollars worth of X coin when you can't even transfer it back into the currency that 99% of the world still runs on. Am I missing something here? I hope I am

What how often do you need to be cashing in and out this billion dollars, if it's a more sensible amount like say a million then just have your bank manager handle it for you
