So here is how you get some beans.
Buy some BTC. Send it to bittrex and buy some beans. If you want to download the wallet, it's on the bitbean website at bitbean.org. If you need syncing the wallet, you can join the team chat here: http://teamchat.bitbean.org/

Go to bittrex.com. sign up (it takes three minutes) click "wallets " click the plus symbol next to "btc" send you bitcoin to there.
(If you don't have bitcoin, just Google it, or open coinbase or something)
Once your bitcoin is deposited, click the little search thing under the "wallets" screen. Type "bitb" click the little blue tocer symbol.
Then you'll be in the screen to buy bitbean.

Cool! Blackcoin had a multipool too back in the early days. It helps increase market demand for the coin because the mining pool would buy the Bitbeans on an exchange and distribute them to the miners.
