Okay so here's my ideas

>App that depending on which neighborhood of the city you are in suggests trivia, conversation starters that suite the sterotypically most likely socio-economic group you're around. It'd also be time dependent, so like a restaurant that turns to a bar, it would change it's conversation starters over the day.

You'd need an editorial crew or at least an algorithm that keeps track of multiple customer profile news feeds and aggregates them. Ideally someone actually picking the newsworthy topics which aren't too controversial but just spicy enough to encourage conversation

Coating seeds for private customers, so the seeds can be stored for several years, have higher yields and better sprouting and survival rate. Its custom practice for big seed producers/sellers to retail coated seeds only. But as far as I am aware no one offers the coating of seeds as a service.
