>he bought the gnosis ICO
>>1988574
>implying the GNO ICO wasn't bought entirely by one whale so he could have a monopoly on the market until the Dev tokens get unlocked
>>1988574
Hmmm I was busy when the email dropped so I missed the buy but now I'm glad I did. Did intend on putting much into it at all but 0% is better than -95%.
>>1988574
not a bad investment for me quite honestly. im usually around -99% on everything else
God, I was interested in this, went to their website and saw some fucking Chinese letters/words in the top right and instantly knew it was a bad idea. I was keeping an eye on it though just to see what happened.
Never trust the Chinese

The upshot was noticing what it did to Augur's price. Next time you see these kind of Jewish-Chinese ICO tricks, look for the coin they are copying and buy it.
This is like ethereum's version of bitbay
why does no one do any kind of research before dumping cash into upstart ICOs or coins
literally paying for the developers retirement
Eh there is a problem with the op's post. The coins that will be on the market are 4.5% of all coins. There is gonna be 0.5 mil coins on the markets in a week with the rest locked up for a year.
Do essentially the market cap is gonna be 12 million at release. The other coins might as well not exist.
A year is a long time.
The y stated in all their official announcments that the rest will be locked for a year and in 10 months they will give out an announcment about what they plan on doing with the rest, they might burn them or lock them more.
They have no incentive to depreciate the value of their coin.
Fact is, anyone who baught in the ICO wil make at least 3x profit.
If you are stating the opposite you are part of the sheep. The people who baught are divided into those who read between the lines and simply the naive..
The nay sayers are the ones who "understood" the ICO but didnt read or think about the full reprecautions on the price.

>The other coins might as well not exist.
What a delusional way to look at it. I believe we call that denial.
>>1989269
so does this mean anybody who didn't buy the ICO should buy a load when they hit the markets?
>>1989288
Yes. Because the devs are freezing most of their funds for a brief period of time, the marketcap should be at $40,000,000,000.
>>1989298
The project does not hold 300 milion. They hold coins. Any dump would depreicate the price of their coins and will not change the overall market cap of the project.
The moment they start dumping their coins start becoming less valuable until everyone dumps.
Do you understand? the total coins they own, the unsold ones, the ones nobody paid for are worthless and are only worth something if there is further demand for them.
There is no incentive for the devs to make moves with the rest of the coins. The only outcome will be a huge depreciation of the coin, they wont make much and their project will die as a result of the PR shitstorm.
Its not naive its how intelligent people think.
Anyone who baught the FUD was simply an emotional fool.
>>1989320
And everyone who you saw orheard telling you decisively that this is a scam was in fact fuding while planning to buy.
All your "crypto trading" friends who said there is no way they will perticipate actually baught it.
Dont worry, ill sell some to you on bittrex.
