Guys, honestly, AMA.
I used to be one of you, but now that I started something, I feel so much better mentally, physically, and spiritually. I feel like I can do anything I want now.

Reddit is very helpful when asking for help or advice
I found it helpful when asking about payment processors
How do you plan to get to 5k a month?
>>1986470
and you're selling stickers? your homepage needs some work, i have no idea what your product is.
>>1986470
I have plans for other products, along the automotive line still, but for example, air fresheners, t shirts, skateboard decks, key tags, lanyards, etc.
People on average are purchasing 3 items per order, so I need to expand my product line, and have people be able to purchase more since it appears they're willing to if they like the product.
My marketing is done all through my Instagram, I don't do SEO yet, so everyone on my Instagram knows I do stickers.
I didn't say explicitly stickers on my website because I want to move into other products too, relatively soon.

I made the site myself, using BigCartel themes and some choice CSS edits I learned on my own
The site costs me $10 a month, domain was $10.
Most visitors come from my Instagram @projecthoon
Most difficult part of setting up is the inventory, you always need to be ahead of the sell outs or else your sales decline rapidly. Next run, (release 3) I'll have 50 or more of each sticker, up till now I've only had 25 and they sell out within a week or two. 50 will be enough to keep sales up for my next run.
The stickers are small, I keep them in a box in my office, along with some other supplies like labels, envelopes, printer paper, etc
Up till now I've brought in around 3/4 of a thousand, but I've spent about 2/3 of that on starting costs like printer ink, envelopes, labels, bigcartel, domain, business cards, marketing materials, and the products I sold up till now.
Next month is when the 50 or so orders I'm sending out next week will pay off in spades because thousands of people will see my stickers off their friends shout outs, and that will lead to many more sales.
