hello /biz/ first time visitor here.

Heres some problem i want to solve that you might help me figuring the approch to:

Recently I discovered that theres some antique chest in some suburban restaurant that has my grandad name on it and his home address written on it (that is my current adress as well). It clearly belonged to my grandad. It was supposedly coming from one city to another but in the 60's commies most likely stole it as they did to many people back in the days here. Now it ended up there.

I want it. It belongs to my family.To ME. I have every proof needed i think that this belongs to me. I have birht certiciate of my own and my father that proves im his grandson. I also have this guy name as my second name and lve in the same frickin home.

So how do I handle it to get it to me for free. Cause I AINT paying them a DIME for my property.
