So I'm new to Bitcoin and crypto currency in general. Could someone give me a quick run down on how it works and how to acquire them?
Yes
Make coinbase account->buy bitcoin->move bitcoin to bittrex->buy bitbean->move bitbean to poswallet->???->profit

So how do they work? What makes their price go up and down.

BitBean is a family-friendly crypto that has been recently revived by a wonderful community of Beaners. We're working on providing Point-of-Sale solutions to small merchants, we're more of a homegrown working class Cryptocoin.
Our coin has staking features (unlike ETH) and is as Quick as a Mexican Jumping Bean (unlike BTC) during transactions, all wrapped up in a clean and sleek UI. One of our more creative contributors is working on a cartoon, and we're really thinking this could bring more folks into crypto. Now that we're in partnership with PoSWallet and BitBean, two similarly undervalued coins, we expect to see massive growth this quarter.

It depends on the coin... some have projects behind them and some don't. You have to research and do your own homework. If you ever have questions later or want to go deeper into it you can email me at [email protected]

OP here's a protip: stay the fuck away from POSW
people are trying to put it in the same category as bitbean because paid POSW shills are wanting to latch onto the meme momentum.
but with POSW you don't even have control over your coins, they're hosted on POSW's online wallet (not decentralized) and not locally on your computer, so they could all disappear at any moment and the devs say "oops!"
oh, and the devs are suspicious
don't be fooled by the POSW posts...

>Family friendly
As apposed to what? BukkakeCoin?

So is there a hosting site for all forms or just one per coin type?
>>1977999
The two are completely different coins and that's how it is with all exchanges. So with that advice how should they use an exchange if your pro advice is not use them? Like I told OP research. If anyone did minimum amount of research they know that posw and bitb are two different coins.
