Otherwise, if you are going to try and sell it, and likely fast, be very careful. You may come away with far less than you think and then you'll be kicking yourself soon after. After taxes, bills, realtor costs, closing costs, etc. You'll probably look at MAYBE a 20% profit on a quick sell. Which may not be bad to you now, but think about the fact the place is worth 1.5 Million.
