Buy coins that have both technological worth AND decent branding. Techless coins with decent marketing can be good for pumping but you don't want to be the loser holding the bags on those. Don't get involved with that until you've taken LSD and have become acquainted with actual pattern monitoring.
Coins with good technology but bad marketing potential (e.g. shit logo, name, team, etc.) are also dangerous - you want people buying into whatever you're holding and people always go for something sleek, trendy, and convenient.
TL;DR buy and hodl PIVX, BitBay, and Verge and then retire in 5 years when you're a literal billionaire.
