So I'm in college right now going for a construction management degree. I will probably be done in 2 years and I want to start my own business. Maybe not right out of school just so I can gain capital by working for a construction company in Denver. I'll probably make at least 80k out of school. I would love to start a business without having to deal with the kuckery of 40 hours a week for a couple years. Is there anyone in the construction /biz/ that has some incite on businesses to start in the industry with little or no capital or around 150k starting capital? Thanks nigga
I also thought of the idea of starting a greenhouse building company here in Colorado. I think there is going to be a good niche for this for pot growers and people that want to grow their own organic foods.

Be a subcontractor. <10K starting. All you need is tools for the specific trade.

Thats what the managers of construction companies make. Most make even more too if the economy is doing well like in Denver
