Hardly made anything off of it. Been buying Lisk up since February. Kept buying up $100-200 here and there. Amassed about $1300 worth. It's amazing how it gets pumped by Microsoft, yet no one cares, but when Ethereum gets rumored to be bought by Microsoft, the Ethshills lose their shit
Also bagholding Eth and every other coin. Diversification is your friend.

I'm holding quite a bit long term.

But I also trade smaller amounts intraday when the market is ripe. If ETH goes up 15%, and LISK hasn't moved, I will jump in. Usually LISK catches up(percent-wise) within 24 hours. Can't think of a time this hasn't worked out.
