People always say "buy the rumor, sell the news." This is no different. Everyone's all ready for this announcement. Then when it comes, the price will go up just a little and tons of people will be so disappointed, thinking "that's it? That was nothing," and then they're gonna sell. And it's going to plummet when more people panic. Then, MUCH LATER, when a new rumor comes out and the price is cheap, THEN it will start to soar even higher and everyone that was in this time will jump on board.
