Listen more talk less.
Always use open questions vs yes/no questions when you do talk.
Practice empathy with customers and they will be loyal.
Know where your lines are and don't let anyone cross them, including yours self.
Don't assume your customer will say no to something - give them the opportunity to say no.
Quality is remembered after price is forgotten.
