what´s slippage?

Well, even though this thread is bad, I'll ask:
I.e I place a limit order to buy shitcoin on kraken. Last price for shitcoin was 10 fiat. Ask is 12. And I bid for 15, which is of the limits. Limit order means buy exact price or better. Does it mean I still would buy and the price matching best ask (12)?

Yes as you say you get the best ask then next best.
Likewise sell will do the highest ask on the books first.
