Can somebody tell me the laws of reselling here at Portugal? Somebody said to me that It's illegal to sell above the value of the product.

Alguém me pode informar quais as leis de revenda cá em portugal? Disseram-me que revender um produto com o preço superior ao da sua venda é ilegal.

Não sou suficientemente informado nesta matéria para te dar dar uma resposta concreta mas acredito que não é ilegal de qualquer maneira. Por exemplo, alguns produtos têm um PVP recomendado mas um estabelecimento pode vender o mesmo a um preço maior ou menor. Talvez seja um beneficio exclusivo a comerciantes? Não tenho a certeza.
