So is it over with ripple now? Any info about the Pump + DDOS / Polo scam yesterday? Will we see the coin above 5K again sometime?
>>
I'm still holding, got in at 1100.
>>
>>1926483
me at 4700 :(

Thought it would bounce back like the Nasdaq did after the temporary Bloomberg terminal issues.
>>
>>1926487
Ripple is a longterm hold for me, planning on holiding it for five years or so, its obvious that its more than a pump and dump with how many banks are lining up behind it. The huge price increase yesterday was nice to see but it correcting down a bit didn't surprise me. I do wish I'd had the guts to sell at over 5k and then buy back in lower but was worried I was wrong and it would continue climbing and I'd have to buy back in at a higher price. I still think it has a good chance of hitting 10k before year's end.
>>
Bought $8000 in at 5200 yesterday. Was about to sell at 7000 when it crashed. Luckily I set a stop loss that triggered on the way down to 5200, so I ended up making nothing but lost a few thousand in profit that I could have had. So bullshitt, I think polo set it up themselves to be honest.

People with BTC trying to get ahead of BTC with garbage. The greed will get XRP squashed back to square one in a week (it already is going). People are brainwashed to defend the coin, by talking about the "banks." I knew it was over when I kept hearing that. Its just brainwashing / marketing and the bagholders are stuck. The coin hasn't been valuable to anyone. There are too many of them and its been a worthless coin. You have the biggest short oppurtunity here.
>>
I lost half a BTC with it. Sold a few hours ago. Still falling now, might re-buy but I doubt it. Stung me too hard.
>>
>>1926556
If you would have listened to me last week you'd still be at 300% profit.

>muh banks
>muh cheap transaction
>muh 10$ before 2020

you retards are dumb as fuck, just look at that massive market cap, this coin will never reach anymore than 0.10$ at it's absolute highest

banks are experimenting with it, but backing it, they are testing out the blockchain network, that doesn't mean they are going to use ripple

and even if they do use it, it'll be entirely internal, you wont get cheaper transaction, only faster, the banks benefits the most from this.

have fun being balls deep into a literal jew coin
>>
Is ripple still good to get into?
>>
>>1926628
not backing it*****

Its always nice of you people to include pictures that are the equivalent of wearing a dunce cap around.

What is wrong with you people? Hold your fucking coins, idiots.
>>
>>1926760
good goy, keep holding that bag!
>>
>>1926503
Word of advice.
If you even are worried that it will keep climbing then sell half of your coin/stock. You make an immediate profit and if you are right you buy back in and if you are wrong you lose less money.
Also have a plan of when you give up on waiting for it to go down.
I usually will only let it climb 5% max before I buy back in.
>>
>>1926480
BUY MORE AND BRACE YOURSELVES
>>
Really considering making this my majority position, dunno how bad an idea that is.

The price is jumping all over the place. And I would be very surprised if it went much lower, but not 100% or even 50% of net worth sure lol
>>
This is what I get for listening to /biz/ once again. Nothing but losses.
>>
>>1926480
>above 5k
Maybe in another 2-3 years
>>
Ey notice how nobody talks about xrp anymore?

its a Fucking scam
>>
>>1926628
>If they do use it
The price potentially goes through the roof. I take the bet on XRP because I like it's chances of being put into actual fucking use, and that even for testing the number of participating banks could snowball and give it heavy momentum
>>
>>1927395
>Ey notice how nobody talks about xrp anymore?
Just wait until China makes it mandatory for it's citizens to use XRP

This is what you fuckers believe?

I shouldve believed the guy who said he was a part of a korean whale group and that theyd dump the value monday night
>>
>>1927546
Oh for sure would have been huge, but you can also look back at all the times you would have fucked up if you need something to make you feel better about it
>>
>>1927557
I told you the korean whale group was fucking buying, that ETH wall is theirs, I don't know when the shit got twisted into them dumping
>>
It's backed by google you fucking spergs. You're getting hustled by whales and bitter eth shitposters to take losses now.
>>
>>1927557
>This is what you fuckers believe?
No, but it's more likely than any US bank adopting the Ethereum blockchain
>>
>>1927578
Chinks are unlikely to touch it too much with so many nip banks getting behind it, they don't exactly get along.
>>
>>1927580
Yeah. BTC if you want China
>>
>>1927573
This.
>>
buy now or cry wednesday

just doubled my position
>>
>>1927610
Whats Wednesday? I'm thinking of stumping another 5x at this price
>>
>>1927632
Wednesday is a shitty reddit rumor they're bleating about in their subreddit, I don't think anything is actually going to happen then
>>
>>1927632
I'm just shitposting (though I did just buy a bunch more), someone else mentioned it

Ripple did get a mention on nasdaq.com today

>>
>>1927643
>>1927645
Ignore that bullshit, XRP has enough substance on it's own
>>
>>1927650
Oh I agree.
It sucks that I poo poo'd ripple years ago. Now I realize normies will never want AnarchyCoin and that gives ripple a major advantage.
>>
>>1927667
I view things like Ethereum and Ripple as solid investments but coins like Monero or even BAY are things I'm more likely to make use of myself.
>>
>>1927667
Yeah it has it's lane with huge potential, scooped up a few more for the minute might go again when fresh BTC is delivered
>>
I just noticed while watching ripple move on bittrex there is someone that constantly moves 15btc up and down about ten places from the top of the sell orders no matter what the price is causing people panic sell and keeping the price artifically low. Watch it for yourself if you don't believe me.

Three hours later and they are still doing it. See for yourself. People are manipulating the price to keep it low.
>>
>>1928155
Does moving between exchanges actually make profit? Just curious
>>
>>1928388
No, by the time your coin goes through it will already too late
>>
>>1928388
only way to successfully arbitrage is by keeping coins on both exchanges so you can capitalize immediately on disparities.
>>
>>1928364
Yeah the price is super jumpy.

I think the running conspiracy is that the banks and corps are quietly stocking up.
Maybe true, probably not, but they would obviously never announce "guys were buying a million dollars of ripple today!" and have the price sky rocket.

I for one welcome the new world order and the one world currency.
>>
>>1928508
It's been happening for over five hours now since I noticed. It's no conspiracy. The price is being manipulated to stay low. Go on bittrex and watch the 15btc move up and down. It will never sell. It just stays far enough away from the price to cause panic.
>>
>>1928584
I guess that's kind of a good thing. Hope so I put another BTC in last night

Guys, someone brief me on XRP.

This has been around for YEARS and has barely budged.

Is it a long play? Does the technology have actual value? We know that BTC and ETH are just neackbeard means of speculation with no intrinsic value, but Ripple seems different..

XRP has commercial potential. Something that BTC absolutely failed at.

I like those odds, especially at the bargain prices for XRP at the moment.
>>
>>1926630

Nigger, it's fractions of a BTC.

This is the point where you would normally look back on and kick yourself in the ass, like the days in 2013 when Bitcoin was at $9 or less.
>>
>>1926884

I just did this. Made 1.0 BTC in 24 hours with a starter principle of $300.

Fuck, this makes all my regular investments look pretty unappealing.
>>
>>1928364

>Above 0.0003000

Fuck, I just sold 20k at 0.0002900 on Kraken.

Seems like the volume on Kraken is a lot lower and killing my potential gains.

You guys recommend a better exchange?
>>
>>1929187
It's over 3000 right now at Bittrex, but the only reason I'm dealing with that site is because it's the only one that I got working for me. You could try there.
>>
>>1929240

It's just hit over 3000 on Kraken too, so it seems the spread is reasonable enough.

Damn, I made a bad bet, but I only sold half of my 40,000 which I got years ago for a fraction of that. I hope it dips down so I can buy in again.

Any idea what is driving the current capital interest in Ripple all of a sudden? Seems every once a year it has a spurt of activity and then tapers back to some background level.
>>
>>1929250
You're better off asking someone with more experience than me. I just starting dealing with crypto last Friday.
