When is the PoS?

let me drop some NaaLedge on this shit.. so listen carefully.

POS: proof of steak. it means the mining is no longer done on hardware, but it's done by "stake holders". Basically means you have a wallet, with X amount of ether in it (say 1300eth) and you are now part of the lottery to win a block.

Look up vlad Zamfier. He is the guy working on POS with Vitalik. it's caller casper.

Now, what this does is a few things:

1 a lot of people hate POS and they might shift to ETC!!
2. Ethereum now has to LOCK a lot of coins in wallets for POS, that means liquidity goes down.

both ETC and ETH might do well when it's time to go POS.

It will be released when Ethereum upgrades to Metropolis. (new version)
