Ok, so I looked into it and what I understand is that this is a closed en fund wich will only accept investors during the ICO. With 101,000,000 tokens to be sold during the ICO @ 1 usd each.

All the tokens not distributed during the ICO will be burned, and no new tokens will ever be made.

The fund will be used to finance a platform for cryptotrading, an 50% of the gainz will be distributed between the token holders (stored in cold wallets).

The token will be traded in several exchanges, with livecoin and kuna already confirmed and bittrex, kraken and polo are currently evaluating the possibility.

I will continue investigating about the technology and the team, but this meme looks promising, I dont now...
