Buying stocks means competing for returns at the international level. Do it locally, add value, have low overhead and you're much more likely to succeed. Just start a business.

Even the shittiest businessman can pick up a used standing mower and put a Mexican on it. This destroys stock market returns when you have such a small amount of money to work with.

Warren Buffett always said if he was a small fund he could return 40-50%+ a year. The opportunities for valuable investments are in small businesses. Once your cash stack gets big you're competing with billionaires and banks for mediocre returns.

Don't use the stock market until youre ready to retire. Otherwise you'll just be like every other hardworking wageslave, earning market returns.

There is no such thing as buy and hold. It might work for 100 years but for the next 100 for the same content it might be an endless well. Japan is a good example, bonds will be too. PM are definitely not a buy and hold investment, these markets are for experienced speculators with verified track records over looong period of time.
