Snowball or avalanche method? What do you m8's prefer?

I can return 5% on money pretty easily and I have no intention to deleverage myself past that threshold. I ain't no pussy.

Avalanche is mathematically superior. Snowball is emotionally rewarding for people who get stuck in debt in the first place.

I don't use either because I'm not in debt.

Snowball is useful if your finances are stretched/at risk by reducing your monthly payments.

This really answers the thread. Go snowball if the psyclogical value is worth it or as the guy said you don't have an option. I prefer avalanche.

It really depends on your personal financial situation. If you can not afford the current payments then you should snowball at first then start paying off those high interest loans. As long as you dont jump around its not hard.
