All,
I got my annual fee waived on the Mastercard Gold Card ($1000/year) for being active duty military. They waived it for the first year and then when my second year came around they said that they performed a "records review" and that I no longer apply to this benefit due to changes in the Service Members Civil Relief Act. Am I missing something or are they using an unrelated law that hasn't changed as a scapegoat for making me pay my annual fee? Is there anything I can do besides complain and cancel my account?
shameless self bump

Ask for manager/ Supervisor. Ask them to cite exactly what changed. Tell them you want to verify with your lawyer.
EzPz. You must be a Marine asking such an obvious question so be sure to write down everything they say with your crayon.

Alternatively, tell them to piss off and dont have such a ridiculously flashy card with stupid fees.

The main problem is that you are a wagecuck with a card that should belong to a businessman
