H-Hi guys, I came to drop some TA on AUPH, AMRS, and SAEX.

AUPH is more likely to break down to 6 only because. 1, profit taking/shorts and 2, the study will be completed within 2 years. In addition their drug has already been licensed by another company so the theoretical chance of a buyout is lower (but not impossible!).
TA wise, AUPH is sitting at the support again. It is a good entry here and put a stop loss for around 7.45 to 7.5. You have a decent chance of AUPH moving to 8.3. Looking at today. I suggest buying at 7.65 or better and putting a stop loss at 7.55 (7.55 or worst end of day confirms downtrend is more likely to occur for tomorrow.)
AMRS is has been flat lining with subtle up and downs through the day. Entry at .48s and stop loss at .475. It should have an above average chance of uptrending later.
SAEX looks like it wants to make another leg up. (This one was mentioned to me by another friend, but I like today's TA as a good entry for this week. Stop loss at 5.15.) Have fun.

There is one more thing about AUPH, if it breaks 7.6 but recovers end of day above 7.6 it can still bounce to 8.3. But you'd want to put a stop loss close to 7.6 so that you'd lose only a tiny bit and if it recovers you can buy back in. Otherwise AUPH is more likely to go to 6.

AUPH already diluted to pay for P3 they don't need an investor to come in and pay them off. Partnerships and buyouts usually take about a month. Data is promising only in hindsight. There has been several drugs that had great P2 but failed P3. (OPHT is an example that novodisk/novartis wanted to pay a billion dollars for the drug and if it was successful I'd expect a buyout and a bid war, but that didn't happen). And even then you'd have biotechs like TBRA that failed their P2 and got bought out for a huge premium. So its as binary as it can get.
