And, and additional list of those features planned for the future (**)…

**Exotic spending… we will have the world’s first client to support time locks in the UI, deadman’s switch and burn and parking and freezing coins all supported within the UI.

**”Mom Friendly” templates are still being worked on so it takes as few clicks as possible to form a contract. No need to think of “terms and conditions” contracts are anonymous and self-enforcing. Here is some of the features that we are working on in 2017:

**Buy/Sell template featuring multiple shipping options including a calculator and options to bill in escrow

**Employment template featuring the ability for weekly reports and auto-payment within contract. Payments contingent on reports

**Barter contract with amazing “wish list” where each item can be calculated converting kilograms to hours and ability to know exactly how many “Avocados” you need for a pound of “Tomatoes”. Perfect for farming co-op in 3rd world countries. Perfect for trading used items!

**Reverse auctions! Sellers bid for you the buyer

**Normal Auctions… Ebay style decentralized auctions

**Python contracts: Use the python interpreter to make contracts between peers. Pre-approved contracts potentially possible for verified devs and audited code on github.

**API And more!

no. No normies are gonna suddenly buy into crypto by byung into a relatively unknown coin.
We need to convince middle of the road individuals that already invest in crypto.
This means replies in bay threads on bitcoin talk and other crypto forums. Also some reddit work. This is the key.
A nice presentation. There was a bitbay infographic circling around..
NEed to make a thread with it on bitcoin talk and need to make the threads on bitcoin talk be active.
Talk on them, praise the coin and devs etc..

Looking at it a bit more they start with 125 million coins, IPO raised 2k BTC. So IPO was around $2 million and current market cap is four million. They seem to be wanting to compete in the smart contract system with a focus on making their coin easy enough for the most braindead normalfag to use.

Their marketing is very good judging by their website and t-shirts and shit.

Its looking increasingly likely that bitcoin will undergo a hard fork at some indeterminate time. like 24k cause my boss is a retard and can't run a racecar shop
>>
So whne exactly is this bump suppose ot happen? All i see is the price hovering aroun 6 and the volume of trade slowly decreasing.
When exactly is this supposed wallet coming out?
To me it seems atm liek the usula story. huge increase in price. 6-7 times the original within a few hours or a day or two then the hype ends and the price stagnates while the poriginal pumpers move to a new coin...
But supposedly this is a special case ?
>>

Yup. Used the exact same address an hour or so before.

Fucking jewTrex. Sadly, at my daily limit, so I can't push for another transaction. Stupid.

You think you could make more than 24k a year selling cryptos? I'm not doubting you, but it's a very strange occupation.

It works perfectly for me since I'm a student with disposable income, but I'm a special case, I suppose
>>
>>1884589
i think it's the miners, not trex, the miners are the ones who get the fee afaik
>>
>>1884602
Sorry, I didn't communicate my thoughts well on why it's a strange occupation:

There's a lot of uncertainty surrounding crypto, such as the long-term value of the currency, tax implications, and the fact that you might not see your investment explode until a significant amount of time has elapsed.

>Q: What can we expect from BitBay in 2017?

>A: The most exciting feature David will be working on this year is one the community has been looking forward to for a long time. It will be unique to BitBay and called a rolling-peg. The crypto community knows digital currency can have extreme pumps and dumps in price. It is important for people taking part in transactions to know the medium of exchange, in this case BAY, will have a relatively stable value today, tomorrow, and in the future. The rolling-peg will accomplish this by expanding and constricting the number of active coins in circulation to keep the price from experiencing wild fluctuations. However, unlike hard pegs such as those by Nubits or Tether, the BitBay peg will be able to “roll” up in price slowly giving investors the ability to profit as well.

Why would anyone exchange bitcoin for this trash again?

>>
>>1885112
so what do the green and red represent/ what happens when there is more red? what does it mean?

Green are sell orders, red are buy orders, when there's a lot of red there's a lot of resistance to going above that price. When there's a lot of green there's a lot of resistance to going below it. People can always pull orders though, in this case they seem to be old orders.

It wouldn't surprise me if we spent a week or so retracing back down and up slowly eating at that wall unless it gets on polo or a major whale comes through.

I entered the first two they sent and it said they were invalid and I couldn't enter them again for 24 hours. What a bunch of dicks.

I think you may be able to purchase BTC though bitbay.net. They charge %5 for credit/debit deposits but I didn't see anywhere if it was an instant deposit and what the time frame is to purchase bitcoins after that. If someone knows from experience please share.

BitBay is developed by one very talented man named David Zimbeck. David has spent the last few years of his life doing nothing but coding and building out the BitBay platform. Ever since then I've been having the same fantasies as many, thinking about the house I'll buy when I'm a millionaire and how I can actually get a Ph D without worrying about being a leach. But to be honest, those all seem like pipe-dreams. I'm not sure how I'll react when the time comes when I can make a certain $20 000 as opposed to a possible million. Remember guys: All of this technology is still very new. We don't know how the fork will affect this currency exactly.

I don't even know how I'll withdraw my holdings without the taxman fucking me up the ass (or without getting my account frozen). Glad I live in Canada rather than some police-state.

Think it'll ever dip below the current 650 sats?

i think you would send your btc to one of those deals that send you physical gold > take to coin shop and sell for looneys and toonies or w/e the fuck you leafs say
>>
>>1885700

I don't expect any kind of instant gratification but you never know what could happen. All these coins started at some point. Back when bitcoin was first traded people went on and on about how the bubble would burst at like $20 and look at it now.

Of course I'm not saying there is any guarantee this is the next BTC but from the coins I've researched this is one of the few who have put actual use in front of marketing.

Not sure about Canada but in the US capital gains tax is very low, particularly on assets held over a year. Just don't withdraw all in one year.

What a coincidence! I have around 77k atm. Waiting 1-2 biz days for a bank transfer to an account registered with cointree. :( How much are you in for man?

Wait, what the fuck am I even saying? No sense withdrawing anything, just use a smart contract for everything from the wallet so they can't trace shit.
>>
>>1885705
I bought in at 350 sats. I'll forever see green but I'm still scared and don't want to get too greedy.
>>
>>1885720
Explain how one would do this...hypothetically of course
>>
There is a sell order for over 1 Bitcoin. If it actually gets there, the madman will get 2438 bitcoins. Insane.

Check your dubs and find out.

I never knew my journey would make me rich, I just knew I sought the truth. And where I found truth, I also found opportunity. The long nights of the meme war molded me for this moment - I will ride this one into the sunset. Even if it doesn't go entirely as we'd hoped - this will be one for the books.

Hold fast and seek not normie temptations. Mind your trades. Back up your wallets!

Cheers Anons. A toast to blowing Wagecucks the fuck out once and for all. Cheers to all the years we've spent together. And cheers to many more. Shadilay.

I saw that. It was 1.377btc or something. Thought he‘d take his chances in hope of a kind soul lol

If its reached moon then obviously considerable adoption will have been reached. Double escrow features is built into the wallet so you can make essentially trustless transactions, hell its why we think its going to take off anyways. Why wouldn't you use this to hide earnings? Not like government agencies can track shit when everything's entirely decentralized.
>>
>>1885739
Oh duh sorry anon I'm super baked and it took me a while to process that. I have almost 2 million coins so I'm trying to calm the fuck down
>>
>>1885739
This thing is literally what Bitcoin was meant to be but never achieved isn't it?
>>
>>1885739
But can't you track transactions through even something as rudimentary as the wallet?
>>
>>1885746
Oh sure they can see that wallet x sent coins to wallet y from the blockchain but what's that tell them? They don't know who owns either one.
>>
>>1885739
But won't the money have to be transferred to a bank, anyways?
>>
>>1885745
I stopped paying attention to bitcoin for a while a few years back after it reached $1000 and then fell. At the time they were talking about implementing smart contracts into the blockchain. I was pretty shocked upon beginning to pay attention again that no real advancement had been made in years and that instead they were quibbling over solving a simple transaction speed issue where multiple solutions are already known, its pretty damned sad what the devs had in their grasp and failed to make use of.
>>
>>1885761
How much fiat would you really need? Should not be much at all as you would be able to buy nearly anything you could think of without it.
>>

Houses in Toronto are expensive. Even a bungalow in the suburbs would cost me 500k+. Forget an actual house, that'd run me upwards of 700k

How much re you holding anon :( I have spent 850 AUD but I cant keep buying Bitbay because I have reached buy limits on bitcoin. Is being a millionaire still a thing for me :)

Common anons share your story on how much Bitbay your holding and what your gonna do with your earnings
>>

Anyone know how the pegging effects the amount we posses? For example if the community decides it's best to freeze 40% of coins does that mean our total coins will shrink by 40%?

Not really economically minded so yeah.
>>
>>1885907
>pegging

Buy dopecoin bitqueers

Bought 513k worth this morning at 615 sat. Feeling pretty good at the moment, but wish I could have got my bitcoins sooner so I could have bought yesterday
>>
>>1885907

So current marketcap is 1 billion

Tether is currently pegged at $1 USD, marketcap at 44mill

So theoretically we'd have to freeze 95% of supply roughly.

If i bought 1 million bay at an average of say 1k sat that's aprox 10k usd

5% of 1 million BAY is 50k

That's still theoretically 40k profit upon successful peg, basically free money. Is my logic correct?
>>
Stock up on cheap bay boys we have until the 680 4 btc wall breaks to stock up as much as we can and accumulate low
>>
I've spoken with the man Zimbeck himself and he's ready for the PUMP

I need all Anons on deck to hit the subreddit and get the community rolling (sorry but if you want the normies to start investing you must do this)

https://www.reddit.com/r/BitBay/

We only have 90 subscribers, in case you were wondering if you were really on the ground floor of the next best thing or not (Protip: You Are)

Also don't forget to follow and retweet https://twitter.com/bitbay_market

Make sure to use the hashtags $BAY #BAY #BITBAY and all that nonsense.

Let's get this fucking money nigger
>>
@ x8eF9VIv im a noob and have lots of bitbay , clicked on your link but found nothing to get this community really rolling

>>
>>1886276

That's the whole fucking point bro how high are you

nah but seriously what i'm trying to get at here is you might not realize it but that huge pump earlier? Almost no one even fucking knows about this yet

The pump hasn't even BEGUN, lad. We need to begin it. As soon as people get word of the ALREADY ONLINE marketplace that Zimbeck has created, the sky is the limit.
>>
>>1886370
Tell me what I need to do anon - I have 515k Bay ready to live off
>>
>>1886377

Let your friends know, do the hashtags on Twitter (almost no one tweets about us), plug BAY on Reddit (almost no one talks about us on Reddit), bump Crypto forum threads or even make your own

Just spread the word in whatever capacity you're capable of! i'm a volunteer myself, and you even have more BAY than me, so you should be shilling twice as hard

I set up a thread for marketing efforts here
>>1886296

You'd be surprised at how few people know about BAY - every little bit helps, snowball affect and whatnot.
>>
>>1886385
Ok I'm onboard - anything to help out
>>
>>1885011
What's the point of the price of a token if it's centralized (fixed)?
Bitcoin can function the same at 1 or at 1 million dollars per coin. This bitpay thing is nonsense.
