American anons, if i open a small business in the US, can i have bitcoins as propriety of the company? (I have read about the less taxation on company proprieties and i would like to use it in my favor)

It isn't so simple as "just incorporate in Delaware." First of all, you might not want to form a corporation at all. Second, it depends a lot on the business and where you will be operating. Even if you form a Delaware corporation, you're most likely going to need to register in the state that you're operating anyway (and become subject to those taxes), so you could just be adding additional expenses for no real reason.
