Professional services is an extremely people heavy business. Although, you'd have some stiff competition and you're probably don't have the resume to pull it off. Reputation is everything. Maybe you could start a large care-taker company for the elderly that differentiates itself on staying for longer periods of time to keep old immobile people socialized. Can never be automated, so you'll employ a lot of people.
