Does SynapsePay (US Wire) just mean i can link my bank account with kraken like in Robinhood?

Can I start buying $500 worth of eth now on margin before Tier 3 gets verified?
>>
>>1869883
No, it is never smart to buy after a spike.

After a big spike these happen (in order of likelihood):

-Dip (Small drop in price, volume not drastically changing, typically the point to buy on something bullish like ETH is right now)
-Pull-back (Price gracefully falling back to a more reasonable level with no sudden volume change because of profit-taking)
-Drop/sell-off (Dropping price, either rapidly or continually, volume spiking on the chart from a significant sell off from profit-takers)
-Continued bullish price action (rarely happens after a big spike unless some sort of news comes out or some sort of outside event occurs)

That's basically how the currency/equity markets typically work after a spike. I'm bullish on ETH right now, especially after the rejection of the BTC ETF. I believe ETH is a superior crypto-currency to BTC and value from BTC's growth stagnating should increasingly trickle into ETH in the coming months.
>>
>>1870118
Not to mention there will be yet ANOTHER failed ETF at the end of this month. That should spike the price up quite a bit for ETH.
>>
u retards realize its up a lot from yesterday still right?

you should buy at market not limit if you want it right away.

in your screencap you're basically placing an order to buy ETH once it hits 500USD for the price of 500USD, which would net you 1 ETH.

>>
>>1872065

you do know that etherium is an Infinite resource?

it means there will be like only 24million bitcoin ever in existence

but ETH has no limit, they will pump the same amount of eth into the market

and economics tells us that demand=Supply

and if the supply is infinite you can imagine the rest
>>
>>1869860
Why the fuck is ETH falling together with bitcoin?

I know bitcoin is falling because of the BU/segwit bullshit, but why ETH too?

If you look at the charts for the past 24 hours, bitcoin/USD and ETH/USD are almost perfectly synchronized.
>>
>>1872111

>>
>>1872129
because ETh is extremely promising

the whole blockchain, smart contract stuff could potentially be integrated into half of the web

but and here is the BUT because it has such a big potential they created it not as a asset like bitcoin for example but more like a digital fiat currency because bitcoin is similar to gold, hard to mine and each 4 years there is a halving meaning for the same amount of mining work you only get the half amount of bitcoins and after a certain amount of time the supply runs out (that's fen the r/bitcoin faggots think it will 1 million for 1 btc value)

but eth on the other hand is just a medium... a way to pat for the services

Some analysis for you:

The BTC dip just bottomed at $925 = The same $925 bottom from a month ago on Feb 9th.

The ETH dip just bottomed at around $30 = The same approximate value of ETH before the recent pump and dump moon mission.

Conclusions:
OP is a faggot

If you're buying from the UK you're actually in luck because Bittylicious is the easiest and most based website to buy/sell coins from. You can trade small amounts with just a phone text confirmation.
>>
Cheers, I'll have a look. The only catch is I'm not in the UK right now. Created a coinbase acct to see that:

1. they've defaulted me to the current country I'm in and require passport shots to verify my real country.

2. Require an Euro transfer to purchase coins.

About as backwards as it can get!

The major coin markets (the ones that accept USD from your bank account) transfer funds via ACH so it may take as long as five business days for payment to clear. If you're using coinbase they're not just gonna walk off with your money. Your $1k or whatever is only a small piece of the volume they exchange on a daily basis, so don't worry.

No, these companies intend to use the block chain concept from ethereum to govern existing processes that have transactions requiring unique tags, etc.

Essentially the businesses intend to tie accounts they already hold to wallets on their own private version of ethereum, then create smart contracts to help them automate transaction processing, settlement, etc.

Bitcoin is dying. Its a gen on crypto currency. Eth is partnering with Zcash(today's news) and is being added to the payment options on alphabay.

Bitcoin is like a program running on dos, Ethereum is Windows 3.11.
>>
>>1874029

Yeah there will be small bubles as speculants are trying to make money but there is no rason for it to not go up. Only good news ahead.
Its undervalued no question about it.
It might bull and it might dip but overall its going up because the underlying tech and prospects are simply that good.

Fuck guys, Poloniex is pissing me off. What am I doing wrong?

Sometimes buy and sell orders are processed immediately, but other times, too many times, it gets stuck in Open Order limbo where it never gets filled and I have to cancel the order and rebid it like 5 times again just for the fucking order to go through. Already lost a shit ton of money because of this shit.

The main problem is the Lowest Bid/Highest Ask prices in the Buy/Sell columns dont stay updated with whats on the charts, making me have to physically type in the price per coin to match what it currently reads on the chart, and then by the time Im ready to make the transaction, the chart fluctuates again in less than a second, If I bid or ask even .00000001 off from whats on the charts, the order wont go through. Fucking so stupid,

Why isnt it just as simple as hitting buy and sell when you see good opportunity to do so? What am I doing wrong? Are all online trading exchanges this way?

Basically, what is the fastest way to buy and sell your coins at the right opportunity? Im scared this is really going to fuck me hard sometime in the future if I dont nip it in the bud now. Thanks.

Honestly, go look at the monthly chart and look at it's behavior it should provide some reassurance to you. Also check out the lifetime chart of BTC, ETH is behaving very similarly.

The first thing I see when I attempt to submit proof of ID when I just made the account.

I think exchanges have a very good security nowadays because of things happened in the past, there won't a second MT.GOX soon.

But when you just want to store for weeks and months it'd be better to store them in your own wallet on PC.

I had constant errors also. I just kept trying and trying and sending "professional" emails to their support and after a couple days it went through

If youre not tech illiterate, try using droidcam so you can use your phone as a camera for your pc or whatever the iphone equivalent "droidcam' app is

ill tell you it wasnt easy and took up a lot of my fucking time but keep trying. Maybe give it 30 mins between attempts. I think it worked better when I gave more time between attempts

Bitcoin just jumped 40€, it will be 1000€ soon again, so Ethereum will rise also.

Reaaaally slow unless you have a 1080ti graphics card. If mining then mine monero. It is more profitable.

>I use minergate
>>
dont buy eth now, wait for the next 24 hours
>>
>>1875259
Why?
>>
>>1875272
Because I think it will dip below the 30$ mark again.

Many people bought in at 45-50$ to make a quick buck, missed the window to sell.

They will soon panic sell.

we will see

Do you think people trade on Monday more again because of work?
The last 2 Sunday-Mondays the price went up.
>>
>>1875389
Maybe, the price will go up to 50$ possibly again.

But the massive sell off will happen eventually.
>>
So. WTF is happening right now?
>>
Total noob here. Do I need to download one of those wallets or am I ok with keeping my eth in the wallet on my coinbase account?

Not exactly. ETC was created after a hacker withdrew millions from the DAO running on Ehereum's blockchain. The security failure was in the DAO code, not in ETH. The community was proposed a hardfork by the Ethereum foundation to allow DAO investors to get their ETH back, the miners voted for the fork. Some butthurt scammers then created ETC and failed because their dev team is shit and they have no project
>>
How many of you actually sold ETH for fiat and made profit?

Is there a transaction fee when transferring ETH from coinbase to my wallet on Mist?
>>
>>1876057
Just get mist

Popping in to say I was right, faggots. Buy the dip when it hits $50. You'll thank me later.
>>
>>1876808
Like .00001 eth or something. You can adjust the gas cost to be lower on the mist wallet by going into the more options setting at the cost of waiting like 10 minuets for a transaction.
