I've tried Gemini for the past two weeks, when ETH was in the teens. They took forever to verify my identity, and regardless of how many documents I submitted (even the ones they specifically asked for) they were unable to do it, and my account was closed. I Heard about shapeshift, but that too is banned in NYS. Is there any other alternative?

Same exact story here op

Jewmini took 11 days to tell me they would not verify me and close my account. missed out on 16.50 ETH twice.

In the meantime what i did was have my mother setup an account.
she was verified in 2 days. Now I'm using hers.

hesitant to even try to use gemini again. their customer service was so incredibly rude, and unresponsive as to why they couldn't verify my account. i had my dad try it, same thing. i guess im out of luck w.o a vpn
