How saturated is the compsci market?
Depends how good you are.

Depends. I'm software engineering undergrad rn. I haven't had a single comp sci friend fail to get a job. If they were trying, at least.
Just learn all the languages you can and practice coding non stop. If you're a good programmer you're set.
It's not. Also learn machine learning/data science type shit though, looks good on a resume even if you don't end up doing it at work and it's fun.

It isn't assuming your not a total retard. Honestly it is a very sold gig to get into. (Full stack JS dev here)
It isn't, but Pajeet Patel and Ching Lee will take your entry level job with H1B visas for half the pay
Make sure you get 5 years professional experience before you graduate.

But don't get over 10 years either. make sure to stay at exactly 7 for the best pay.

>Muh pajeet XD
Kill yourself

Unless you're at the big 4 (Microsoft, Facebook, Amazon or Google) its 60k/year with 3% raises and daily reminders from your managers that they got Pajeets behind your back who will "do" your job for $500/month. SOS if you end up in a shithole like Oracle, IBM, Accenture or Deloette
Basically, start your own business instead of cucking it out for others if you're not at a big 4
How likely is it to be making 200k a year after 10 years? 400k a year?
Cause most doctors start out at about 200k...
>>1867140
yeah, but gl becoming a doctor
2.8 gpa from small school, got a 60k + benefits job the first place I applied, like two weeks after I graduated, I also live on the east coast near a bunch of government sub contractors so your results may vary

Why? all it takes is school. I'm a senior rn at UW in chemical engineering with a 3.91. Summa cum laude. Tell me I can't do it and I'll laugh my ass off. It just takes time.

Not if Trump gets his way.
>>1867240
like he would actually want to hurt the profits of the businesses he is invested in... and he would also rather keep the stock market up than decrease immigrant employment, which has a negligible effect on american unemployment rates. its just propaganda
>>1867497
this would hardly hurt the profits, thats what the shills for the companies will say though
>>1867815
Of course it wouldn't be a large difference, but in the world of finance, any edge is worth killing for... shits devious my man.
Why would the shills say this though other than if it were true?..
