Is the Healthcare Market going to shit itself? Ive been eyeing RXD (an ultrashort etf) of the healthcare and pharma market. In the 2008 fuck up it reached about 1200, the share is now worth about 40 and finally ticking up. Thoughts?

Doesnt have an ISIN but id does have a CUSIP: 74348A228. The Ticker symbol is RXD plus it trades on the NYSE, the founding family is proshares.

My thought process on this is that the republican healthcare plan is gonna botch up the current state of healthcare and with a 2x ultrashort it should jump like a mofo but we have to take into account how slow and laggy healthcare is.
