Hey guys I have a small tech startup (cloud services) in Chile and its the real deal and Im thinking of moving to the first world to develop it. Which city do you think is better for me to stablish?
Things to consider:
- I speak spanish and english.
- I have an italian passport.
- My current funds to develop are 15000 usd
- Im currently inclined towards Copenhagen and Berlin, mostly because of my european passport and the cost of living and opportunities there and stuff, but im open to all 1st world cities, please advice me!

Yeah, here that developers are not good enogh, no venture capital, tech scene is very amateur and most importantly I feel that being based in Chile would scare off my potential customers, which need a lot of trust to use my cloud services.

well some european countries are not bad, im definitely not going to italy.. plus I cant hire a californian developer for 100 grand a year, and with my italian passport id have to re enter the states every 3 months

Probably just hiding. Most of the people that are up in your face are just all show anyways.
