Honestly, your best bet is Microdosing and modafinil if you got the right genetics. Personally, moda gives me more negatives than positives, so I can only use it sparingly.

Microdosing however has been overwhelmingly positive. All drugs have downsides. Exercise and diet come before all. Good luck.
