Make sure it's in the right folder and actually a .conf file. Mine synced in less than a minute.

Open MiloCoin QT wallet at least once on your computer. Be sure to let it fully load. Now close the wallet (make sure to close it from task bar)

Create a text (.txt) file named Milocoin.txt in the following folder:

c:\users\YOUR-NAME\appdata\roaming\milocoin\ (or on linux, ~/.milocoin/)
//you can get there quickly on Windows by going into RUN > %APPDATA%

Now paste the following into it the txt file:
addnode=45.55.136.31

Save and close the Milocoin.txt

Now right click the Milocoin.txt file and change the file extension from .txt to .conf

This will prompt you if you are sure you want to change the file. Select yes.
