Travelling is the best thing anyone can do. Even if you love your country you should visit other cultures, maybe you are going to love your country even more. I remember a buddy of mine talking about how beautiful that Ben Stiller movie was and talking about the places he visited (I haven't seen the movie). Even if women don't rate men as statistically normal as men, they sure seem to not mind, based on results. Could just be that women are more willing to settle for "sub-average" men than you think. I cite the market law of evidence that internet dating has a successful business model, there is a considerable majority of clients who are heterosexual, and that at least 5% of clients are happy with the service. That proves my point even with the lowest conservative assumption. The real losers in this are the bars and nightclubs who now have to compete in the hookup marketplace. Maybe you are successful in either, but considerable guys and girls did not succeed previously in those marketplaces and preferred the internet dating apps. I suggested to the OP that he should try all marketplaces. I dont' see that as being outside of the /Biz/ forum.
