Ive noticed this too, a lot of female traders and they all seem to be doing quite well. I think it is their natural selective instinct when looking for a partner they are naturally geared to analyze and dissect something to see if its long term potential.

My wife only "picks" mutual funds and huge companies whose products or services we use regularly. She never sells anything just keeps accumulating. Our portfolio looks like a fucking mess but it keeps going up.

Not in my region. Men seem to be selected by their "fun" level, or, how well they push drugs.
