I have some hair raising sickening beats in my head how do I monetize this and become the worlds next top DJ?
Be dutch
Step 1 is get them out of your head and recorded

are you retarded? get music production software and learn it. heres a pro tip. audiowarez.com and you can get pretty much all the high end production software and endless gigs of samples for free

two words, and I'm only half kidding when I say this:
SIMON FULLER
Of course as a person with no extant producing talent, no track record, and probably not handsome or chadesque you're gonna give up before you even try anyway.
Dj's in las vegas make millions OP.
Good luck

I've met pic related. Cool humble guy.
Pay some talented producer you find on SoundCloud to ghost-produce the songs for you, then submit those songs to small labels in that genre (they should have a "demo" email on their site), and once you get signed, get some local DJing gigs (learn on youtube how to DJ, it should be pretty easy) and make some money.
Use that money to hire better ghost-producers and get signed to better labels, and as you make a name for yourself, get an agent and start getting serious gigs.
After a while of this, you should be headlining festivals and shit like that.
Congratulations, now you too can get blowjobs backstage like Tiesto.

Forgot to say that if you hire a hot girl or a very young kid to be the face of your act (and pretend that they're producing the music), all this will be significantly easier and faster.

But seriously, if you want to learn:

I used to have "hair raising sickening beats" in my head too before I started producing, so I recorded the ideas with a microphone (just singing, beatboxing, and explaining them) for when I'd have had the necessary skills to produce them.
Now when I listen to those recordings I can only cringe at how bad and stupid they were.
The same goes for the first stuff I've produced, and the Ideas I've recorded into a mic at the time.
TL;DR: Those beats might not be as sick as you think they are.
