Most people lose money over the long term. Better to invest your spare money into reliable businesses and use your time learning something or creating something valuable that you can sell.
Such as: programming, any type of product (watch shark tank and see your product doesn't need to be amazing in order to sell), web development, hobbies that can allow you to freelance (photography, writing etc), affiliate marketing, blogging

It's very easy to make money in Forex. It's very easy to lose money in Forex.
I suggest using babypips to learn. Once you start demo trading, you'll understand how fast you can lose/gain a fortune.

forex is more fragile in change than stocks, if u have time to stare at it all day then go for it.
Futures is better
