1. get some money
2. Find undervalued companies and invest into them
3. Tell everyone how good you are and take their money to invest + never pay dividends or take any profit
4. Keep doing that for 40 years
Don't forget one and only rule. Never lose money.

Look for consumer goods companies with low production costs that will be ubiquitous and have a almost monopolistic distribution system in an emerging economy and huge brand recognition (think of Coca Cola or Heinz of the developing country of your choice).
Make sure to buy the shares when they are WELL BELOW book value, stalk them until they are artificially low then start buying.
invest in at least one low operation cost Insurance company to keep your holding company a flush with cash for aforementioned below-book value acquisitions.
Also target infrastructure: railroads, oil companies... basically anything where a competitor can't set up shop next door and steal your business without prohibitive investment.
Rinse and Repeat for a few decades and don't enjoy any frivolities, procrastinate on getting the private jet, book economy seats.
That's probably the only way you could emulate Berkshire's overall strategy. Truth is: if you're in the US or most OECD countries the party is over, you can't get the returns that Buffett and Mucher could because they were alive at the right time.
