Got a website that gets a lot of traffic. What's a sure thing that I can advertise on there that will sell? Could be anything, just want something that will definitely get a couple of sales at least and make a bit of profit so I actually make something from running the website

Nobody wants loud video ads or annoyingly bright animations
You might also want to check how many of that traffic will actually see the ads, since quite a lot of people use ad blockers. It's one of the first things I install on family & friends' computers. If it's a mobile page or your traffic mostly comes from mobile devices, then you're golden, most people don't use ad blockers there
