NAK is poised for a big reprisal swing after Kerrisdale dip.
>New EPA head
>No first nations claims in the land (there is fishing rights that are claimed but no land claims, historically America doesn't give a shit about fishing rights for first nations)
>Trump soon to announce a push for mineral independence from foreign government mainly China
>surveys and yield amounts purposefully underrepresented
>Ore quality purposefully understated
>Gold rights announcement set for late March mid April
This could be another DRYS if these class action lawsuits get more attention right before the announcement.
There is an ideology that 2 weeks delta after the ETA approval goes through you will see Trump name Pebble Project by name in a speech or weekly address and talk about securing minerals for American infrastructure.
If it was built right now with the "current" surveys it would the largest gold and copper mine in North America.

Mining companies routinely under report when it comes to survey results. Because accurately reporting can cause other people to claim the land or rights (you see this a lot in North western america, Canada, Alaska, and some African states). If the off case that some over reports the survey amounts are posts more than what is actually there it would cause a buy off. Also, since NAK is close to native land, the owner is a seasoned in the industry, the current mineral marketplace and everything going on in the last year it not only makes sense that they would under report and understate the mineral amounts and yields but they pretty much admitted to it when they did their rebutal against Kerrisdale.

Might as well head to Vegas if you're going to buy mining stocks. Your odds are probably comparable.
