So why has natural gas not gone up as much as other energies?

So why has natural gas not gone up as much as other energies? I know it dropped a lot in 2016 but that is it.

high rig count, bad (unusually warm) weather report, UNG is set up bad, price of oil changes natural gas demand because they're both used for generating electricity

Because fracking and unconventional drilling has created a ridiculous surplus.

Here in NE Ohio they are talking about shutting down a Nuke plant which is like 1/3 our power because natural gas is too cheap for it to compete.

So why has natural gas not gone up as much as other energies?
